Rene Hell (Official Site | Acid Marshmallow Video) is Jeff Witscher whose profile rose considerably with 2010's Porcelein Opera, a long player released by Type Records. Porcelein Opera may not have been the most disseminated work by the 27-year-old electronic artist, but it was just another step in Witscher's sonic journey. From harsh noise freak out to meditative drone works, Witscher's ever evolving approach to music has been well documented in the cassette underground with releases as Impregnable, Deep Jew, Secret Abuse, and Marble Sky as well as founding the Callow God and Agents of Chaos Label. Witscher has also performed at Neon Marshmallow 2011 Chicago and 2011 New York City.
